Return Policy
We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase – so please choose carefully. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Returns are on a case-by-case basis, and only accepted by written consent from Rep It FitNZ. The goods must be no more than 30 days old, proof of purchase must be supplied, and the product and packaging must be in as new condition. Used items will not be accepted or refunded. If a return is accepted, all shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
Warranty Policy
We offer a 6-month warranty on our products. If you believe one of our products is faulty, please email any photos and explanations to sales@repitfitnz.com. We will review this within 5 business days and advise if we require you to send the goods to us for inspection.
We reserve the right to inspect any warranty claims and decide whether a replacement is required. If we find it’s faulty, we’ll repay any postage / delivery costs, and provide a repair, refund, or replacement. Damage due to general wear and tear from usage is not eligible.
